Salini Impregilo-NRW JV was proud to be able to support local charity Starting Over Support (SOS) recently with the donation of furniture and household items.

SOS is a community initiative of People Who Care, dedicated to supporting families and individuals escaping crisis situations in Perth.

The work of SOS is focussed on providing free household goods and furniture to those who leave the security of a shelter or refuge.

The furniture donated by SI-NRW was in near-new condition and received with great appreciation. More furniture will be delivered in upcoming weeks.

SI-NRW Project Director Richard Graham said it was heart-warming to know that the furniture would go direct to people who needed it right away.

SOS currently has requests for assistance from more than 100 individuals and families in need. The group accepts all goods in working order and good condition. Those unable to donate furniture or household goods can support SOS by volunteering time or helping to spread the word about the work they do.
